Personal Care
We provide full assistance with daily personal care tasks such as showering, bathing, dressing, personal grooming and toileting, getting in and out of bed and moving about the house. Monitoring nutrition and preparing meals is a common part of our role. We can ensure that the client has adequate food and fluids and alert other health care professionals of problems if they arise.
We work closely with other health professionals such as community nursing services and general practitioners.

Home Care
Home Care refers to assistance with domestic chores, including assistance with cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, ironing, shopping (either accompanied or unaccompanied) and transport to and from appointments.
We support those in the community needing short term assistance after an episode in hospital following an acute illness or surgery. This ensures that clients are able to fully recover, decreasing the incidence of hospital readmission.
Social Support
Social support and companionship are an important component of our service delivery. Our active involvement with clients in their own home and in their community assists in reducing social isolation and helps to improve their overall well being.
Social Support refers to assistance provided by a companion, either within the home environment or whilst accessing community services.  Social support includes friendly visiting services, letter writing and shopping (when the person is accompanied by the worker).

Respite Care
Respite refers to assistance received by a carer from a substitute carer who provides supervision and assistance to their care recipient, even though the carer may still be present.
Carers need a well-earned break from time to time. Our care workers can stand in for a carer on a regular basis or on a short term or emergency arrangement.
Overnight Care or 24 hour live-in
Our care workers can provide high level care overnight and/or 24 hour live-in care.
