HOME & COMMUNITY CARE PROGRAM (HACC) QLD

The Minister for Disability Service in Queensland, Annastacia Palaszczuk, has approved funding for Nextt Health to deliver HACC services in the Brisbane South region and Logan.

The HACC program is a key provider of community care services to the frail aged and younger people with a disability and their carers.  

Nextt Health will provide Personal Care, Domestic Assistance, Social Support and Respite services.
